Nesting boxes are a great place for birds to raise their young. The removal natural nesting environments, such as trees, has left birds searching for cosy places to rest. Adding a nesting box will not only benefit our native birds, but will also give you a great opportunity to monitor and enjoy your feathered friends.

This nest box’s versatility makes it is suitable for a large variety of wild birds and is just as flexible in design too. It can be used as a traditional nest box with a hole, or can easily be converted to an open fronted nest box by removing the two screws from the front panel. The base of this box even has a small gap in it, allowing birds to clean the box out with ease. To use this box simply fix to any post or tree that is sheltered from the elements, we recommend fixing it at a height between 1.5 and 5 metres above the ground.
