All we want is for our customers and the birds they feed to be happy, so when you make an order, we want it to be the best experience possible. However we know that from time to time, customer might need to return an item to us.
You may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we will issue an immediate refund.
As an alternative, and in accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will be more than happy to arrange an exchange or process a refund on any item provided. Please contact us via post, phone, email or social media within 7 working days of your order receipt to arrange what action you would like us to take.
In the case of refunds, all payments will be issued back to the original payment method. This can take up to 30 days. Where an order has been cancelled, we require the products back within 30 days of instruction. Goods can either be returned in this instance by post, or via a collection. Unfortunately, however you choose to return your products, the cost is incurred by the customer. Please note that you are obliged to have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items should you not return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.
First of all, sorry! Here at Happy Beaks we try and make sure every order is perfect, but from time to time problems do happen. In the event that your items are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll do our best to fix it as quickly as possible.
In the rare event that there are issues, please contact us via phone, email or social media, and we will do our best to sort the issue out as quickly as possible.
All unwanted items must be returned at the customer's own cost. We are happy to collect or pay for the return of faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
